Choose one of the following methods and decoct in a ceramic or glass pot (avoid metal) until the water is reduced to 1/3 of the original volume, then strain through a cloth.

1. For Daily Wellness: 12~20g Red Ginseng / 0.6L Water.

2. For Recovery from Weakness: 20~50g Red Ginseng / 12~20g Jujubes / 4g Ginger / 2L Water.

3. As a Tonic: 20~50g Red Ginseng / 12~20g Jujubes / 4g Ginger / 5~10g Schisandra / 5~10g Dried Citrus Peel / 150g Sticky Rice / 2L Water.

Dosage
